Nib Resume CV Builder is created, owned, and maintained by KMT Studio. We operate with a strict privacy-by-design and data-minimization philosophy. Your career journey is personal, and your resume information belongs solely to you.

1. Offline-First Local Data Storage

Nib Resume CV Builder is an offline-first mobile application. All the information you enter into the app — including your full name, email address, phone number, work experience, education history, projects, skills, and profile photograph — is stored exclusively inside your device's sandboxed local SQLite database (via Android Room).

• We never transmit your personal resume details to external cloud storage servers.
• We do not require user account creation, social logins, or passwords.
• When you export a PDF, the document is generated locally on your device hardware using Android's native vector rendering pipeline.

2. Intelligent AI ATS Analyzer

When you choose to utilize the built-in Intelligent AI ATS Analyzer feature to scan and improve your CV:

• Only the specific textual content required to evaluate keyword matching, formatting, and ATS readiness is sent via secure SSL/TLS encryption to the AI processing endpoint.
• This data is processed transiently in-memory strictly to return your score and recommendations. It is never used to train external public models or retained permanently.

3. Third-Party Services & Advertising

To keep Nib Resume CV Builder free and continually maintain app features, we utilize reputable, policy-compliant mobile SDKs:

• Google AdMob: Serves non-intrusive banner, native, and interstitial ads. AdMob processes non-sensitive identifiers like your Google Advertising ID (GAID) in accordance with Google's Advertising Policies and EU User Consent (UMP) requirements.
• Google Analytics for Firebase: Collects anonymous, aggregated usage statistics and telemetry to help us measure app stability and improve template offerings.
• Firebase Crashlytics: Collects anonymous crash logs, stack traces, and non-personal device specifications to help our engineers diagnose and resolve crashes promptly.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Used to deliver occasional service announcements, new resume template releases, and app updates directly to your device. You can grant or revoke notification permissions at any time via your device settings.

4. User Rights & Data Deletion

Because all your data is stored locally on your device, you have complete and total control over your information at all times:

• You can edit or delete any section or resume profile at any moment from within the app.
• Uninstalling the app or clearing the app storage from your Android device settings completely and permanently erases all stored resumes and profile pictures.
